Return Policy

At NOTIGLO, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility

    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

    • Sale, clearance, and intimate items (such as swimwear, lingerie, or accessories for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

  • Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@notiglo.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds

    • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchanges
    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
