Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Sale, clearance, and intimate items (such as swimwear, lingerie, or accessories for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
